Our main focus is full-service event florals for weddings, private parties, and branded events.

For smaller events and occasions, you can order flowers and bespoke bouquets via our à la carte web shop.

Delivery Orders

We offer free local delivery within 5 miles of Grosse Pointe Park, and $5 delivery within 20 miles.

Delivery Date & Time

Our delivery window is 11AM to 5PM. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. For certain holidays, you may specify a delivery window at checkout.

If delivering to a house, we knock / ring the doorbell. If after 5 minutes no one comes to the door, we leave floral orders in a safe location near the door. Due to a high volume of orders, we are unable to wait more than 5 minutes with the flowers so please be on standby to either receive your flowers or notify your recipient that their flowers are outside (we’ll text you!). While we do everything possible to make sure flowers are left in a safe place, we are not responsible for any items that are damaged due to weather, theft or conditions that are out of our control.

For deliveries to a condominium or apartment building with a lobby, we will either leave the flowers with the front desk or at the front door of the apartment building depending on the building's delivery policy. If no one immediately answers the door, we send a courtesy text or phone call to alert the recipient that the flowers are at the desk or front door.

Delivery Address & Information

We make every reasonable attempt to delivery your flowers in a timely manner. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with the correct information, including address and contact phone numbers. River Daughter is not responsible for any misinformation provided by the ordering client. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and a delivery attempt has been made, the ordering party may will subject to an additional delivery fee for any attempts made thereafter.

Flower Care & Styles

Fresh flowers are extremely delicate and require proper care. In most cases, you will be provided with care instructions upon delivery. Keep those stems cut and in fresh water and you should be able to enjoy your florals for quite a while. With proper care, your flowers should last a minimum of 72 hours from pickup or delivery.

Designer’s choice arrangements are made at our discretion including flowers that are fresh and available at the market. This flexibility allows us to create something unique and one-of-a-kind just for you!
